Daniel L. Maya founded Maya & Maya, Inc. in 2003 with the vision of building an investigative firm known for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a nationally recognized investigative firm serving insurance carriers, law firms, corporations, government agencies, and private clients throughout the United States.
With more than 25 years of investigative experience, Daniel has directed thousands of complex investigations involving insurance claims, fraud, surveillance, liability, litigation support, corporate matters, and asset investigations. His focus has always been on building sustainable systems, developing strong client relationships, and creating an organization recognized for quality, responsiveness, and operational excellence.
In addition to leading the company’s strategic growth, Daniel oversees business development, operational strategy, quality standards, technology initiatives, and long-term planning.
Vice President of Operations
Maria Maya oversees the day-to-day operations of Maya & Maya, Inc., ensuring that every assignment is managed efficiently from intake through final reporting. She is responsible for operational coordination, quality assurance, client communication, scheduling, and administrative oversight that supports the firm’s commitment to exceptional service.

Director of Investigations
Daniella Maya serves as the Director of Investigations at Maya & Maya, Inc., where she oversees the firm’s surveillance operations, social media and open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations, and investigative field coordination.
