3. What is the process related to my individual needs?

4. Do you use a case management system?

5. How will I get updates and what are my expectations?

6. Do you have an Investigative Contract? Do you use docusign?

7. What forms of payments do you accept and what is your payment terms? How much are your services?

8. Can I use this evidence for court and do I get a report and any demonstrative evidence at the conclusion of the case?

9. What are your privacy policies and how confidential is this conversation and overall case?

10. Do you have any conflicts with this person, business and or attorney?

These 10 questions will answer a lot of your questions to whether engage this private investigator or not? All these questions will be a concise indicator is this is going to be a fit or not. I am sure many other questions will develop but these in my opinion are the beginning of the business relationship.
