Surveillance for a Suspected Cheating Spouse in Florida? The Pro’s and Cons

I decided to write this post because an educated consumer is the best consumer possible.  I can’t tell you how many times I have received a call from a prospective customer who thinks, was told, and knows for a fact that if he or she proves infidelity it will help their case in Florida.  The answer to that question is simple “Florida is a No Fault State” what does that mean is simple it means you can get a divorce regardless of your reasoning period.  You don’t have to prove any wrong doing as you can file no matter what.  However, is knowing the truth important? You bet your six it is.  In other words, you don’t buy a car on the whim because you research the product and the same goes for finding the truth you should invest in finding the truth.  For various reasons and this is where I will say its extremely important you speak with a professional private investigator before you go down this path.  If your spouse is cheating its quite possible he or she may have groomed the mistress and or mister.  In the majority of cases this example is delegated to men who will wine, dine, and spend lots of your money on the paramour.  In Florida if the spouse who is cheating uses marital funds for the premise of financing that affair then you are entitled for 50% of the marital assets used.  Once again, I say this with lots of caution speak with a professional private investigator “First”.  What do I mean even if you know, suspect, or otherwise have proof ” please don’t confront keep all that information away from anyone and make sure you trust whoever you are leaning on.  In most cases I would say don’t TRUST anyone except your family.  I suggest you empower yourself with all your facts first before you decided to terminate a marriage or terminate without exploring the possibility that this may be your case.  I won’t go into the 20 possible signs of a cheater.  I will give you my best advice that I have learned after 25 years of being an investigator and that is simple “If you feel something is going on, it starts like this you have that silent voice telling you something is wrong and their is someone” You not crazy in the majority of the cases my company has investigated over the years those suspicions were true.  That silent voice is your body is a survival mode helping you.  I would empower you to research all your facts before you act and when your ready give a call to a professional private investigator.
